How do I create an account?
Creating an account is free and takes less than 5 minutes. Click the "Login" button to sign up, fill in your business details, and complete the KYC verification process to start accepting payments.
Payments & Payouts
When do I get paid?
We offer T+1 settlement for most transactions. This means funds collected today will be available in your settlement bank account by the next business day.
What are the transaction fees?
Our pricing is transparent. We charge a small percentage per successful transaction. There are no setup fees or monthly maintenance charges.
Which banks do you support for payouts?
We support payouts to all major Nigerian banks. For the fastest settlement, we recommend using PalmPay as your settlement bank.
Technical & API
Do you have an API?
Yes! We have a robust RESTful API that allows you to integrate Katpay into your website or mobile app. You can find our documentation in the Developer section of your dashboard.
How do I get my API keys?
Once you've created an account, you can generate your Test and Live API keys from the "API Keys" section in your dashboard settings.
